Who operates these sites

Katalyze IT operates the public websites described here. For a privacy question or request, contact karell@katalyzeit.com. The permanent legal-entity and jurisdiction details will be added after counsel review.

What we collect

When you use a contact or consultation form, we collect the details you choose to provide. Name and work email are required to reply. Company and message details are optional.

We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to scope a possible managed-service engagement. We do not sell personal information or run advertising profiles.

When enabled, site measurement is aggregate and cookieless. It is not intended to identify you.

Consent and use

The form asks for your consent before you send it. We record that consent with the form request so the team can respond and maintain an accountable record of the inquiry.

You can withdraw consent or ask a question about your information at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal does not change processing that occurred before we received your request.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the public sites and consultation path, including Supabase for the controlled submission record, Cloudflare for delivery and form abuse protection, Plausible when cookieless analytics is enabled, and a transactional email provider when confirmation mail is enabled.

Counsel will confirm the final processor list, locations, and transfer terms before this interim notice is replaced.

Retention and requests

We keep submission information only for the response, a possible service relationship, and necessary recordkeeping. We are formalizing the retention schedule with counsel.

You can ask to access, correct, or erase personal information we hold about you by writing to karell@katalyzeit.com. We will verify the request before acting on it.

Security

Form submissions travel over encrypted connections and are written through a server-side path. Sensitive access keys remain on the server and are not sent to your browser.

No system can promise perfect security. We use least-privilege controls and review the public intake path as part of our operating practice.
