These interim terms cover your use of katalyzeit.com and katalyzeos.com. They are not the agreement for a managed IT service. Any service engagement is governed by its own signed agreement.

We may update these interim terms as counsel completes review. Permanent jurisdiction, venue, and limitation terms will be stated in the reviewed version and in any signed service agreement.
